He Graduate from Masaryk University in 1982. He has taken specialization courses in Political Sciences and Local Law. He has worked in the fields of Administrative Law, with a special emphasis on Local Law, in areas of Civil (Contracts) Law, Family and Inheritance Law.
He joined Jean Claude LLP's well established and competent structures in 2004 as freelancer and as partner in 2007.
